Cooking Method Conversions
Questionnaires may ask the participants to list other types of cooking methods.
If the type of cooking method is not listed in the Charred database, then the
method must be converted to the most appropriate type of method already in
Charred. Below is a suggested list that we have used that will aid you in this
decision. However, you may wish to categorize them differently.
